InfoAware Course Outline
User Awareness
Developed by experts in the field working in close consultation with major public and private sector organisations the User Awareness video provides content which is relevant, practical and based on the real world situations that actually happen in contemporary organisations. The content is provided in 10 chapters as follows:
Topics Covered: Introduction - Information Security as a Team Effort
Malicious Software
Emails
Hackers
Password Sample
Networks
Physical Security
Wireless Computing
Incident Management
IT Security Policy
Modules can be added or deleted to suit an organisations security regime.
The video courses include an audio soundtrack and/or subtitles.
All courses can be customised to reflect an organisation's specific policies, procedures and terminology. For example screen images, text, branding, terminology, audio and subtitles can be easily changed.
For organisations with mutiple remote offices where there is limited connection to the Intranet or Internet, or for organisations who hold auditorium or classroom style training sessions, the multimedia content can be deployed as a menu-driven DVD or on CD or VCR tape. In this way, the content can be used as part of a group induction or refresher training course and can be deployed standalone, or used alongside or incorporated into other training material.
